About the role

As an RPA Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for robotic process automation within the organization, supporting and enhancing existing deployments at Kerry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business processes, and experience in developing Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).

• Reporting to: Global Service Operations Manager
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support deployed automation solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Test and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Implement and enhance RPA solutions using enterprise platforms.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience with RPA platforms or comparable automation/development technologies is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience is welcomed.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Experience in creating PDDs and SDDs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certified UiPath Developer or equivalent certification in other RPA platforms.
• Previous experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Knowledge of programming languages with an interest in building RPA skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
