Job Summary:

• Availability to work on:
• Monday to Friday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM5,000 per month

Location: Muar

Work Hours (Monday to Friday): 08:00 to 18:00

Weekends off

Technical Skills Required:

• AutoCAD, Alphacam, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks

Job Description:

Department: Research and Development (R&D)

I. Technical Skills

• Design:
• Identify CF design language
• Assess strength and limitations of upholstery during manufacturing and packing
• Determine optimal sizes for container loading and packing

Major Software:

• AutoCAD 2D & 3D for parts, structures, CNC profiling
• Inventor for quick 3D rendering
• Adobe Illustrator for assembly instructions and carton marking
• Photoshop for updating product colors
• Excel for BOM, calculations, and reporting
• PowerPoint for presentations
• Word for reporting
• Shapr for 3D rendering

II. Data Management & Documentation

• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Raw Material Preparation documentation
• White-Part (Structure) documentation
• Fabric Cutting and Sewing documentation
• Finish Good Setup and Packing documentation
• Material Naming & Material Summary Ratio

III. Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
