Job summary

LTP Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Draughtsman to support the preparation and maintenance of technical drawings, production procedures, operation instructions, and process control documentation. Reporting to the CNC Engineer, you will contribute to the development of initial design concepts, and coordinate with relevant teams to support accurate engineering and production activities.

You will sketch initial design ideas into clear drawings, assess material suitability, and maintain ISO forms

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in an engineering-related sector.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or an acceptable equivalent.
• A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate drawings and documentation.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing product drawings according to customer requirements.
• Assist with preparing production procedures, operation instructions and process control instructions.
• Sketch initial design ideas and develop them into clear technical drawings.
• Identify the suitability and availability of materials for product and production requirements.
• Maintain related ISO forms, drawings and technical documents accurately and systematically.
• Coordinate with other employees when required to support engineering and production activities.
• Carry out other responsibilities as directed from time to time.
