Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking talents to evaluate, recommend and approve car loans within regional lending limits. You will handle approvals beyond authority, and resolve credit decision disagreements with sales staff while assisting the Team Leader to manage turnaround times in their regions.

The role is based at our Auto Loan Center in Puchong and welcomes both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in business, economics, banking, finance or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
• Based at the Auto Loan Center in Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend and approve car loans with lending limits for assigned regions.
• Evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond authority.
• Manage disagreements on credit decisions with sales personnel.
• Assist Team Leader in managing approval turnaround time for respective regions.
