HLB in Malaysia is seeking talents to evaluate, recommend and approve car loans with lending limits for the assigned regions, and to support approval turnaround times.

The role involves evaluating beyond-authority requests, resolving credit decisions with sales, and assisting the Team Leader in region-specific loan processing. Based at our Auto Loan Center in Puchong; both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifikationen

• A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results.
• Candidate will be based at our Auto Loan Center in Puchong.
• Experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, recommend and approve loans for car with lending limits for the respective assigned regions.
• Evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond their authority.
• Manage disagreements on credit decision with sales personnel.
• Assist the Team Leader in managing approval turnaround time for their respective regions.
