Role Overview

As an AUTO COLLATION MACHINE OPERATOR, you will support HID’s success by setting up and operating auto-collation machines used in product manufacturing. You will work from process sheets and supervisor instructions, perform quality checks, and ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-production activities: preparing schedules, verifying materials, obtaining approvals, and cleaning printed sheets.
• Production: machine setup, optic sensor teaching, quality reporting, paperwork completion, managing space, and monitoring efficiency.
• Other duties: stock monitoring, teamwork, housekeeping, troubleshooting, and supporting management.
• Education & Training: collaborating with print production, suggesting improvements, and training staff as needed.
• Maintenance & Waste Management: equipment maintenance, waste reduction, KPI achievement, and safe waste disposal.
• Responsibilities include ensuring safety, security, adherence to schedules, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in printing technology, mechanical, or electrical discipline.
• Experience in the printing industry.
• Effective communication in English, basic computer skills.

Work Environment & Requirements

Must comply with safety, security, and quality policies. International travel may be required; a valid passport is necessary.
