We value individuals passionate about continuous improvement, both in our processes and personal development. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing our audit methodology and processes using tools such as CaseWare, IDEA, and others. They should be well-versed in the auditing standards issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) and the ethical standards from the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants (IESBA). The role involves ensuring the highest quality and compliance through developing audit policies, procedures, methodologies, participating in quality reviews, and consulting with the audit practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and update audit policies and procedures in response to professional auditing and ethical standards.
2. Contribute to the development and improvement of the firm’s quality management system.
3. Create audit support content in CaseWare and offline auditing templates to ensure compliance with professional standards.
4. Provide technical support related to audit tools, including CaseWare, to the audit teams through formal and informal consultations.
5. Support training and development on audit methodology, ethics, and the use of audit tools like CaseWare and IDEA.
6. Coach engagement teams to enhance audit quality and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of the auditing standards issued by IAASB and ethical standards from IESBA.
• Experience using CaseWare, IDEA, and CaseWare Financials.
• Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, preferably with large or medium-sized public accounting firms.
