Your new role

- ISQM Implementation: Help identify process gaps and improve the firm's quality management system.
- Audit Process Coordination: Lead and refine audit policies, team operations, training, and performance tracking.
- Quality Documentation: Keep detailed records to ensure the firm's audit quality system complies with regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle all matters with regulators (AOB, PCAOB, MIA, MICPA), including licencing, CPE tracking, and committee support.
- Leadership Reporting: Share key findings with key leaders and ensure audit strategies align with their expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in audit or quality management (supervisor and manager), with technical knowledge of ISQM1 and ISQM2 requirements.
- Holds certified accountancy qualifications (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA), with knowledge of quality compliance and audit/financial reporting technical matters.
- Familiar with audit regulations, control environments, risk management, compliance, and professional ethics, along with prior experience engaging with regulatory bodies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics applications, with the ability to simplify complex technical literature into actionable insights.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong organisational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks, leading a team while engaging stakeholders confidently.
