• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
• More than 3 years of working experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• At least 1 year of experience in leading and managing teams
• A recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent, with a Professional Accounting qualification and/or membership in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants
• Results-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Possess initiative and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures
• Review, develop, and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business
• Analyze and recommend changes in internal audit controls
• Identify and evaluate procedures and policies in tax reporting processes
• Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements
• Lead and manage the engagement team on audit assignments of a portfolio of clients in various industries
• Guide and mentor team members, review their work to ensure high quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Manage timely billings, collections, and risk management of engagements; develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members for their growth and career progression
