A leading audit firm is seeking a Lead Auditor to manage audit teams and ensure compliance with audit standards. The role includes executing internal and external audits, preparing reports, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates will have accounting qualifications, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills.
Job Description:
• Lead audit team in performing various assurance assignments.
• Plan and execute assigned jobs to comply with relevant audit procedures and regulations.
• Guide, coach and follow up with juniors on their jobs progress
• Execution of external and internal audit assignments.
• To perform statutory audit including preparation of working papers, evidential support, presentation of audit finding, drafting audited report.
• Application of solid understanding of audit and accounting standards.
• Developing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Possess relevant accounting qualifications
• Self-motivated, pro-active and with strong analytical qualities, results oriented and capable to trouble
• A good team player can effectively solve and shoot work problems
• Ability to interact with clients during audit assignments and work independently and be able to meet deadlines
• Assume high level of responsibility and commitment in audit advisory and compliances
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
