Job Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive audits of financial statements in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Work on audit related assignments under the supervision and guidance of audit seniors and managers.
Preparation of audit working papers and audit reports in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements.
Perform audit field work and ensure that audit working papers are compiled properly for Supervisors’/Managers’ review and all review notes are properly cleared.
Perform statutory audit in the office of company secretary.
Contribute to the overall success of engagement and support team members by delivering quality work within the appropriate time scales and adhering to the methodologies.
Any other jobs assigned by Directors/ Managers/ Supervisors.
Requirements
Degree holders majoring in Accounting or Accounting & Finance and/or Professional Qualification.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in audit (For Supervisor/ Senior position).
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in audit (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry-level position).
Ability to travel on work assignments.
Organised and reliable with a sense of responsibility and integrity.
Flair in numerals, report writing and presentation skills.
Good command in both written and spoken English.
