KPMG Malaysia's Audit Centralization Team (ACT) supports audit engagements with operational and administrative excellence, handling documentation workflows, audit confirmations, and data integrity.

As an ACT Intern, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end audit process, work with experienced professionals, and develop skills in documentation, data management, and project support within a Big Four environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to commit to an internship placement for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Responsabilités

• Audit Confirmation Support
• Assisting in sending out audit confirmations, including scanning, splitting, and renaming documents
• Updating records and monitoring responses from relevant external parties
• Statutory Audit Support
• Supporting team members during visits to company secretaries’ offices to extract documents such as minutes, directors’ circular resolutions, and statutory forms
• Assisting in preparing roll forward financial statements for the current audit year
• Data Sanitization & Reference Data
• Downloading and organizing PLC announcements, Bursa monthly closing data, foreign exchange rates, and commodity prices for audit reference
• Project & Administrative Support
• Assisting on specific tasks related to ongoing audit related projects
• Performing general administrative duties to support the Audit department as required

As a key behind the scenes function, ACT plays a critical role in ensuring audit engagements run smoothly and efficiently.

By managing essential documentation workflows, coordinating audit confirmations, and maintaining the integrity of audit related data, ACT enables audit engagement teams to focus on delivering high quality outcomes for clients. Requirements
