Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks candidates to build a long-term career in audit and professional services. The role involves assisting in audit engagements, client communications, and preparing working papers and reports, with opportunities for exam sponsorship and professional membership support.

Ideal applicants have a degree in Accounting/Finance and up to 1 year of audit experience, with strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge and the ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop a profound understanding and valuable insights into the business world.

• Independently manages statutory audit and accounting assignments and associated tasks.
• Meets specified deadlines for completing assigned responsibilities.
• Undertakes ad-hoc responsibilities when required.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
• 1 year of relevant experience in audit is preferred. Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge of MFRS/IFRS, MPERS, and relevant auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
