Job summary

Book & Entries Services in Malaysia is seeking an Audit Assistant to support financial audits for Singapore clients across industries. The role covers audit procedures, documentation, and assisting in preparing financial statements under Singapore standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting, are team players, proactive, and able to work independently. Mandarin ability is a plus. This full-time permanent role offers opportunities for promotion and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling financial audit for Singapore companies across various industries.
• Perform audit procedures, control testing, analytical procedures and substantive tests of details.
• Document purpose, procedures and conclusions for all audit procedures performed.
• Assist client with preparation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore accounting standards.
• Conduct compliance procedures for anti-money laundering / countering the financing of terrorism for existing and new onboarding clients.
• Support seniors and team members as required.
• Report to Seniors & Manager.

Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting, ACCA or other related disciplines
