Job summary

HALS & Associates, an established chartered accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur, invites suitable candidates to join its audit team. The role involves assisting seniors and carrying out audit assignments for small to medium enterprises, including statutory audits and stock counts.

Requirements include a Diploma/degree in accounting or equivalent, with pursuing ACCA/CPA/CIMA/AIA/ASCPA. Fresh graduates and partially qualified candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or equivalent; ACCA/CPA/CIMA/AIA/ASCPA membership or progress encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior in carrying out audit assignments for small to medium enterprises.
• Perform statutory audits, field audits, stock counts, taxation reviews and audit completion work.
• Carry out any other special audits as required from time to time.

TO ASSIST SENIOR / CARRY OUT AUDIT ASSIGNMENTS OF SMALL TO MEDIUM ENTERPRISES.

JOB SCOPE INCLUDE PERFORMANCE OF STATUTORY AUDIT, FIELD AUDIT, STOCK COUNT OBSERVATION,TAXATION MATTERS REVIEW & AUDIT COMPLETION WORK.

TO PERFORM ANY OTHER SPECIAL AUDIT AS REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME.

REQUIREMENTS:

DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION (POSSESS OR PURSUING ACCA/CPA/CIMA/AIA/ASCPA)
