As an Audit Assistant, you will play a key role in performing audit engagements and managing changes to ensure smooth execution. You will facilitate open communication with superiors and assist in addressing concerns or issues raised by the Manager or Partner, escalating them as necessary.
You will play an important role to:
- Direct and manage multiple audit engagements.
- Complete audit engagements within the specified time frame.
- Communicate professionally within the team and with external parties, including audit clients and authorities.
- Foster a positive learning culture by coaching and supporting junior team members.
- Read and understand Accounting Standards (MPERS and MFRS) and other related laws and regulations, taking initiative in continuous learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- A passion for learning and a positive attitude.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
