Book & Entries Services in Penang (Bayan Lepas) invites you to join our team for a hands-on internship with pay up to RM1,000 per month. You will assist associates and seniors with audit, accounting and corporate secretarial tasks to build practical skills.

Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, a basic understanding of accounting principles, and strong communication skills. A proactive, reliable team player who can commit to at least 6 months is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the associates and seniors with audit, accounting, and corporate secretarial tasks.
• Conduct various audit testing and fieldwork, assist in the preparation of reports, letter, etc.
• Support the processing of documents for the services team, bookkeeping activities, and preparation of unaudited financial statements, etc.
• Assist in customer due diligence, including preparation of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Provide support in corporate secretarial duties, i.e. preparation of XBRL filings, updating data onto cosec systems, etc.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative and ad-hoc assignments as required.
