Job description

Job Title: HR Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure the HR Division complies with all relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal processes of the Bank.
- Advise HR staff on compliance and risk matters related to HR functions by identifying, translating, and communicating relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal processes, including procurement-related matters.
- Act as the Audit Liaison Officer, coordinating audits/reviews from regulators, internal/external auditors, and the Regulatory Compliance Unit, and address their inquiries promptly.
- Perform Quality Assurance Checks such as Risk Control Self-Assessment, Regulatory Requirements Self-Assessment, and Control Self-Assessment to ensure effective controls in HR Division to mitigate risk exposure.
- Ensure other HR staff perform Quality Assurance Checks accurately and on time.
- Participate in various bank-wide working groups on information and operational risks by attending meetings and disseminating information to HR staff to create awareness of these matters.
- Manage and handle HR Division’s Business Continuity Management (BCM), including reviewing HR's business continuity planning and creating awareness among HR staff about the Division’s BCP.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
