Job Title: HR Compliance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The HR Compliance Manager at the company plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Bank's operations, particularly concerning HR matters, are conducted with integrity and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The primary responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and ensuring that the HR Division is in compliance with all relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal processes of the Bank.
- Advising HR staff on compliance and risk matters related to HR functions by identifying, translating, and communicating the relevant regulations, legal requirements, and internal processes of the Bank, including procurement-related matters.
- Acting as the Audit Liaison Officer by coordinating audits/reviews from regulators, internal/external auditors, and the Regulatory Compliance Unit, as well as addressing their inquiries on a timely basis.
- Performing Quality Assurance Checks such as Risk Control Self-Assessment, Regulatory Requirements Self-Assessment, and Control Self-Assessment on a timely basis to ensure that the controls in the HR Division are effective in mitigating the Division’s risk exposure.
- Ensuring other HR staff also perform Quality Assurance Checks accurately and on a timely basis.
- Participating in various bank-wide working groups on information and operational risks by attending meetings and disseminating information to HR staff to create awareness on related matters.
- Managing and handling HR Division’s Business Continuity Management (BCM), including reviewing HR's business continuity planning to ensure it is relevant and in place in the event of a crisis, as well as creating awareness among HR staff on the Division’s BCP.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates are expected to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, or equivalent qualifications. Additionally, they should possess at least 2 - 3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
