Job summary

Malaysia Airlines is seeking a Ground Instructor ATPL to deliver comprehensive ground training for the ATPL program, covering aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, flight planning, aviation law and aircraft systems.

You will ensure up-to-date materials, assess students, provide feedback and support their success, while maintaining regulatory compliance and collaborating with the Ground School team in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Hold or have held CPL/IR/ATPL; or CPL plus ATPL ground subjects.
• Minimum 5 years aviation experience with ATPL ground subjects taught.
• Completed approved Basic Instructional Technique or Train the Trainer.
• Experience in ground instruction and regulatory alignment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality ground training for ATPL program.
• Prepare teaching outlines, course materials and schedules.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain records in alignment with IOSA, CAAM, ISO and CSO.
• Support Manager and project work related to mandatory training.
