KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics
Development of lowest cost ATE test programs and hardware.
Responsible for the quality of the test program to meet zero ppm.
Responsible for the introduction and release of the testing at the production sites.
Initiate peer and gate reviews for the TE part.
Responsible that all relevant data and documentation is properly archived.
Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
Responsible for the test risk assessment (Test-FMEA).
Responsible to provide input before project start on estimated effort and cost.
Drive and share the roadmap/vision on test strategy.
Execute tasks according planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
Participates in the project team and owns the test activities and deliverables.
Participate in problem solving teams (8D).
Guide and steer peers in local TPE teams.

Experience with test pattern creation
Soft Skills:

Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches
