Actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, executing assurance procedures. Working under the supervision of an Assurance Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager, you will help execute audit work and present findings to the client. Contribute technical insights to audit client engagements and internal projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team to participate in audit assignments from beginning to end including:
Performing audit fieldwork
Documenting and compiling audit working papers
Identifying issues and presenting audit findings and recommendations, as well as conducting follow-up actions and meeting tight deadlines
Reviewing audit reports
Execute a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles (e.g., MFRS/IFRS/MPERS/CA 2016 and ISA)
Supervise Assurance Associates and facilitate connections for team needs and requirements
Develop and maintain excellent communication with peers, superiors, and external parties
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or hold a full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CPA(A), or CIMA)
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
Knowledge of ProSystem fx Engagement will be an added advantage
Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities
