Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant work experience.
• Experience in operations, business management, or control functions preferred.
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision and prioritize.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor key financial & performance measures (KPIs).
• Provide regular performance reporting with insights and action-oriented commentary.
• Lead yearly planning and half-year forecast exercises.
• Ensure compliance with key quality areas and milestones.
• Act as local project lead for global/area centralisation initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives for end-to-end improvements.
• Analyze operational performance issues and coordinate with leaders for solutions.
• Draft key messages for Townhalls and Management meetings in EY.
