Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to support the Professional Practice Department operations. You will coordinate procedures, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations within the Assurance practice.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, a professional qualification, and at least 6 years of audit experience, preferably in a professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent).
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MICPA or ICAEW.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in audit, preferably in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Practice leaders by planning and coordinating operation procedures and improving processes.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams across Assurance to collate, organize and manage information for policy compliance.
• Support operations of special projects and track progress toward organizational goals.
• Prepare and review information for internal and external compliance reporting.
• Manage and maintain databases supporting Assurance Practice operations.
