Job summary

AS Watson Group in Johor is seeking motivated retail staff to join our store team. You will assist the store manager with hiring, staff duty rosters, leave management, welfare, and disciplinary issues, while promoting a positive and professional customer experience.

You will motivate and train colleagues on company policy, SOPs, customer service and selling skills; devise strategies to achieve sales targets; generate reports on staff turnover, sales and inventory; and ensure accurate, helpful

• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
