Job summary

Watsons in Selangor, Malaysia seeks a dedicated team member to assist the store manager with staff duty rosters, leave, welfare and disciplinary issues.

You will motivate and train staff on policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills, help develop strategies to hit sales targets, and generate reports on staff turnover, sales and inventory.

The role requires good communication, pleasant personality, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).

Responsibilities
