ASST RECRUITMENT MANAGER / TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER (TECHNICAL)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join AGENSI PEKERJAAN CITYRECRUIT SDN BHD' as an Assistant Recruitment Manager/Talent Acquisition Manager (Technical) in Bukit Indah Johor. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring the company attracts and secures the best talent to support its growth objectives.

You shall entitled for a basic salary with commission scheme as you deliver the sales KPI and with shared responsibility with your unit manager.

What you'll be doing

Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre technical talent

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to proactively identify potential candidates

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and identify areas for optimization

Provide guidance and coaching to junior members of the recruitment team

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Manage sales target for the recruitment unit for executive search and reporting to recruitment manager

Fulfill the vacancies given and work towards provide the prompt service to clients and jobseekers.

What we're looking for

5 years' experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the Recruitment Agency industry

Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a range of technical roles

Excellent understanding of the local job market and recruitment best practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with hiring managers

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
