• Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to the designated shift
• Ensure the security of facilities during designated shift hours
• Enforce all safety and processing procedures
• Enable effective communication between management and operators
• Train new employees and coach existing employees
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol
• Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance, NCR)
• Manufacture and pack products as necessary
• Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
• Reduce/Minimize rejection of Raw Material and Packaging Materials
• Maximize output as targeted – 300,000 pcs/day
• Minimize idle time on machinery
• Ensure 5S and Safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Chemical or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG/Aerosol or any production-related field
• Motivator - Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work in shifts
• Good manpower planning skills
