Your role as Asst Manager - Process Development at B. Braun

You will play a vital role in…

Your key responsibilities:
  1. Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation's standards of quality and cost.
  2. Develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
  3. Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepare operation sheets.
  4. Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences to minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
Qualifications and experience:
  • Engineering Degree in Production/Manufacturing/Equipment/Process Engineering. 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing data analysis, failure analysis, problem solving, Six Sigma DMAIC, SOP drafting, and experience with machine measurement systems (e.g., Vision-camera/sensor).
  • Experience in failure analysis, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and process implementation.
  • Preferably experience in the Medical or Healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management and statistical analysis skills; experience with NCR and customer complaint handling is a plus.
