Asst Manager/Manager - Marketing (Property Developer)

· Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

· Set clear, actionable goals and KPIs for the sales and marketing team.

· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

· Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

· Maintain and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

· Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
