Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts with knowledge of Emas / mySQL system and general costing basics.
- Arrange monthly agent commissions and incentive payments, and prepare agent CP58 annually.
- Review debtors' aging and perform credit control.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Review all invoices and documentation for approval prior to payment.
- Prepare general ledger, management accounts, and reports timely for management review.
- Prepare accurate final accounts for audit and tax submission.
- Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Ensure company policies and controls are implemented at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
- Liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers, and government authorities; respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow and treasury, including forecasts.
- Handle tax planning, filing, and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in property development, construction, or auditing within these industries.
- Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Business Studies, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Experience in leading teams.
