Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full set accounts with knowledge of Emas / mySQL system and general costing basics.
  2. Arrange monthly agent commissions and incentive payments, and prepare agent CP58 annually.
  3. Review debtors' aging and perform credit control.
  4. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
  5. Review all invoices and documentation for approval prior to payment.
  6. Prepare general ledger, management accounts, and reports timely for management review.
  7. Prepare accurate final accounts for audit and tax submission.
  8. Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  9. Ensure company policies and controls are implemented at all times.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors or management.
  11. Liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers, and government authorities; respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Manage cash flow and treasury, including forecasts.
  13. Handle tax planning, filing, and compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in property development, construction, or auditing within these industries.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Business Studies, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • Experience in leading teams.
