What will I be doing?
As the Asst Food & Beverage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
·Identify and target potential clients within the F&B industry (restaurants, hotels, catering companies, event planners, etc.).
·Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to generate repeat business.
·To be accountable for sales targets in F&B as advised by Commercial Leader.
·Communicate on a regular basis with the Food & Beverage Revenue Manager and Commercial Leader to review the outlets’ event revenues and activities and achieve the set targets.
·Develop and implement sales action plans to drive outlet revenue related to the respective market as outlined.
·Regular proactive calls, meet and greet at lobby or outlet, conduct sales presentations and site inspections to prospect clients.
·Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
·Analyze competitors’ activities and pricing strategies, and produce weekly/monthly competitor reports.
·Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
·Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
·Continuously seek ways to assist the F&B department to maximize their revenues and profits through sales calls, networking events, partnerships and cooperation.
·Build relationships with specialist dining clubs/societies (Food & Wine society) to secure monthly, quarterly, annual group dining opportunities.
·Prepare a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding months.
·Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
·Collaborate with other departments (e.g., F&B Operations, Culinary) to ensure smooth product delivery and service execution.

• College or related degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficient in English to meet business needs.
• Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer / data processing system.
