What will I be doing?

As the Assistant Food & Beverage Sales Manager, you will:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the F&B industry (restaurants, hotels, catering companies, event planners, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Be accountable for sales targets in F&B, as advised by the Commercial Leader.
  • Communicate regularly with the Food & Beverage Revenue Manager and Commercial Leader to review outlet revenues and activities.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to increase outlet revenue.
  • Conduct proactive calls, meet clients, deliver sales presentations, and perform site inspections.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Analyze competitors’ activities and pricing strategies, and produce reports.
  • Provide feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist the F&B department in maximizing revenue through sales calls, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with dining clubs and societies for group dining opportunities.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
