The Assistant Director of Sales manages the daily sales activities of the sales team, including training, strategy implementation, and achieving sales targets under the guidance of the Commercial Director.

What will I be doing?
  • Develop and execute the hotel marketing plan.
  • Complete Hilton University courses and pass assessments.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and services.
  • Promote and sell hotel products, including rooms, catering, and banquets.
  • Meet sales targets and complete assigned tasks.
  • Create sales plans, develop customer relationships, and seek approval from senior management.
  • Understand customer needs through various sales methods and follow up accordingly.
  • Prepare quotations, send contracts, and follow up promptly.
  • Conduct hotel tours for clients.
  • Operate reservation systems for bookings.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships, updating customer information regularly.
  • Recommend other group hotel options to clients.
  • Gather market intelligence and share insights with the sales team to identify opportunities.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and market activities.
  • Welcome VIP guests and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Maximize sales and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Support team development through training and guidance.
  • Assist in marketing and budget planning.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and maintaining a motivated sales team.

  • At least 5 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.
