Job summary

A leading ICT solutions provider is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage projects and stakeholder communications. The role requires at least a diploma and 1 year of experience, with responsibilities including order preparation and relationship management. Ideal candidates will be organized and skilled in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or similar.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table and V-Lookup) and SAP is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Focal point between all stakeholders – salesperson, operations team, project team, logistics team and customer.
  • Track and work closely with Project team to arrange for projects deployment.
  • Prepare Production Orders, raise Delivery Orders and/or Collection Notes in SAP system for all logistics arranged.
  • Collate all necessary documents to pass orders for billing.
  • Establish strong communication and long-lasting working relationship with suppliers and customers.
  • Other ad-hoc operational requirement.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot Table and V-Lookup).
  • Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
  • Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, strong in paper work and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
