The Role:

1. Provide business development support by working closely with agency members, the Sales Team, and supervisors to assist branches/regions with product inquiries, product briefings, and rapport building with producers and targeted agencies.
2. Participate in managing assigned product lines and projects by supporting efforts to increase agency productivity, including preparing flyers, drafting circulars, and coordinating team activities.
3. Assist in training coordination and manage attendance reports.
4. Conduct statistical studies on products and sales responses to support departmental goals of increasing sales through product strategies.
5. Demonstrate initiative in seeking information, following up, and contributing ideas to improve deliverables and tasks.
6. Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and taking steps to mitigate them.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risks and safeguard the company.
8. Highlight potential concerns or risks and proactively share best practices in risk management.

The Person:

1. Fast learner with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
