Le candidat optimal aura une expérience technique pertinente et sera chargé de veiller à ce que les opérations fonctionnent sans heurts 24h/24 et 7j/7. Coordinate AMHS hardware installation, software setup/upgrade, and testing with the AMHS solution providers and internal Operation team.

Oversee the daily operation and training of an AMHS support team to ensure 24x7 smooth running of the AMHS systems in the fab.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

(a) Responsible for the AMHS implementation in the fab.

(b) Coordinate with AMHS vendors and production on AMHS installation and testing.

(c) Work with vendors and Facility on building preparation works for AMHS installation and expansion.

(d) Monitor and analyze AMHS system stability and performance. Perform daily troubleshooting.

(e) Coordinate with AMHS system vendors, upstream system owners, and production on system integration and software upgrades.

(f) Oversee an AMHS support team to ensure smooth 24x7 operation of the systems.

(g) Establish and maintain work instructions, safety guidelines, and training documents for the support team.

(h) Oversee and ensure effective preventive maintenance and repairs for the AMHS.

(i) Drive improvement actions for departmental KPIs when necessary.

(j) Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects regarding cycle time, cost reduction, and capacity.

(k) Contribute to quality objectives by complying with the quality management system and participating in continuous improvement activities.

(l) Contribute to EHS objectives by adhering to the EHS policy and participating in its implementation.

(m) Undertake any other projects or duties as assigned by the Manager.
