Scope of Role

Reporting to the Manager, O2C, this role will allow you to build your knowledge of O2C processes and support the Asia business. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and allocating incoming payments and promptly resolving inbound customer queries while delivering outstanding customer service.

The O2C Team consists of Collections (Asia), Credit (ANZ), and Billing (APAC). Team Members are co-located and support multiple geographies across APAC as part of the Collections (Asia) team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide efficient O2C finance operation support, including handling O2C finance-related inquiries from customers via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Communicate proficiently in Thai (speaking, reading, and writing) with customers during calls, approximately 3-4 inbound calls per hour.
  3. Encourage applications from those with experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably with finance support experience.
  4. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  5. Possess excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Have basic knowledge of O2C processes such as billing, invoicing, payment, and receipting; training will be provided.
  7. Collaborate with the O2C Collection and sales teams to support collection activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Credit Management or Finance is highly regarded.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Thai language skills are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Capability to meet organizational metrics.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.

Other Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Workday Financials is desirable.
  • Experience working within finance teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of laws governing debt collection practices.
