The role of an Associate Software Engineer involves both project delivery and support. Software Engineers are key members of an agile team, understanding and implementing business requirements. As part of a DevOps team, they resolve incidents based on tickets, monitor systems, and implement change requests after product go-live. They also contribute improvement ideas to enhance quality and develop the product further.

What we are looking for:
Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in Java. Strong knowledge of React is essential for this role.

You should be passionate about Java & React, with good communication, analytical, and soft skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks under pressure is important. In a multinational environment, excellent spoken and written English will facilitate cross-region collaboration.
