Hastraa Consulting Services Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Front-end Engineer to collaborate with tech leads and developers to build modern web applications and digital platforms.

You will design and implement scalable, responsive UI using Flutter and related technologies, review code, ensure security and accessibility, and work with backend, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences in a cloud environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or information technology.
• 3-5 years working experience.
• Proficient in Flutter (Dart) app development, with state management and reusable widget design.
• Experience integrating front-end apps with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX, performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to collaborate in software teams and contribute to backend processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication.
• Experience with Agile development and continuous improvement mindset.
• Eagerness to stay updated on backend technologies and industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with tech leads and developers to build front-end features for web apps and digital platforms.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable, responsive front-end solutions in a Cloud environment.
• Take ownership of code reviews for front-end apps, UI components, and performance improvements.
• Address front-end security, accessibility, and compliance in line with audits.
• Work with product owners, architects, UX/UI designers to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Implement coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and development methodologies.
• Monitor and optimize front-end performance, scalability, and reliability in the Cloud.
• Coordinate with backend, DevOps, and infra teams for seamless integration and deployment.

• Collaborate closely with tech leads and software developers, contributing to the front-end development of modern web applications and digital platforms.
• Alongside the tech lead, lead the design and implementation of scalable, responsive, and user-centric front-end solutions using modern frameworks and technologies in a Cloud environment.
• Take ownership of code review / pull request review involving front-end applications, UI components, client-side integrations, and performance optimization opportunities to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the technology lead to respond to internal and external audit requirements, ensuring recommendations related to front-end security, accessibility, and compliance are implemented accordingly.
• Engage with product owners, architects, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
• Implement best practices, coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and development methodologies to enhance team productivity, maintainability, and front-end code quality.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance, scalability, usability, and reliability of front-end applications deployed in the Cloud.
• Work closely with backend, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operation of applications.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, UI/UX principles, front-end frameworks, and technological advancements to continually enhance the team's front-end development capabilities.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Technical Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or information technology
• 3 - 5 years working experience
• Profound expertise in Flutter (Dart) application development, including state management, reusable widget design, responsive UI development, and cross-platform mobile application delivery.
• Required: Experience in developing and integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, microservices-based backend services, and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end development principles, including UI/UX best practices, application performance optimization, accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile application architecture using Flutter.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in software development teams and contribute to backend development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
