Job Brief

The Operation Associate is responsible for the overall day to day operation and settlement related to reload reconciliation and/or settlement and/or user wallet adjustment. The role also supports the Assistant Manager in performing any administrative work and reporting related.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all settlement files from all channels are completely uploaded on a daily basis.
2. Ensure files are reconciled on a daily basis.
3. Proactively check and investigate exceptional transactions from the reload reconciliation.
4. Proactively check and investigate any variances related to settlement from any channel.
5. Update Reload reconciliation tracker on a daily basis.
6. Process and generate softpin requests as and when required.
7. Follow up on payment, invoice & supporting documents from Finance/ Customer (if required).
8. Ensure settlements are processed accurately and timely as per agreement with the merchant.
9. Ensure all adjustments of transactions are made timely as per SLA.
10. Ensure all trackers related to wallet transactions are updated daily.
11. Follow up issues (if any) accordingly.
12. Proactively escalate any issues to the Assistant Manager.

Job Requirements

1. Possess Diploma/Degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related Professional Certification.
2. 1 – 2 years of working experience in logistics operation management, preferably in Finance/Banking.
