About this role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. You will have a chance to make a direct impact for our consumers by providing visibility on competitor actions and ensuring that our customers get the best deals. As a team that is still developing, you will have the opportunity to provide input and feedback on how to improve our current processes and streamline our operations

What you'll do：

• Product understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and specifications to accurately match them with competitor products

• Mapping: Run the mapping process daily (Reviewing and mapping products)

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor actions and proactively highlight things that might affect our business

• Suggest areas for improvement in current processes

• Draft out and improve existing SOPs

What you'll need：

• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering highly accurate work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate evolving business priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets is a plus

• Proficiency in English and at least one Asian language is a plus.

• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Fun personality and an interest in the travel industry
