Reporting to a sales support manager, you will research sales contracts, make price quotations, and maintain process integrity for various administrative tasks. You Will
  • Prepare quotes for contract renewal and RFP/RFI responses
  • Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems
  • Update and manage Excel spreadsheets
  • Handle external and internal queries in a professional, client-oriented manner
  • Perform bookings (Purchase Order processing) and booking reconciliation
  • Perform QA self-check and peer-check
  • Grow your skill and subject matter expertise to successfully perform quality assurance and identify areas for improvement
  • Seek counsel and guidance from senior Sales Support staff and management as needed
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, paying attention to details
  • Handle medium to high priority escalation items, escalating complex issues to management
  • Maintain and improve Knowledge Base Tool
  • Identify operational risks and call them out to management
  • Participate in KMIP methodology in daily activities, as relevant
  • Perform other duties as assigned
You Have/Are
  • Local Malaysian
  • Graduates with a Diploma/Degree, 0-2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in English and Japanese, with JLPT N2/N1 certification
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience working independently with a team-player mindset
  • Proven success in administrative tasks, organization, prioritization, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and escalate issues as needed
  • Clear articulation of issues and solutions
  • Focus on customer needs and effective communication with higher-level staff
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience following scripts and processes according to contractual agreements
  • Success in multitasking and managing time
  • Ability to follow procedures and learn new technology and data
