We are seeking a driven and strategic Associate Sales Manager to lead and manage key accounts and driving revenue growth in our company. This person will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategies, maintaining and building strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage key accounts, cultivating strong relationships with customers and decision makers. Ensuring customers’ satisfaction, renewing contracts and cross-selling additional products.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Develop sales forecasts for assigned accounts and budget.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
• Lead, supervise, inspire and develop your team towards achieving sales targets, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure key objectives are met. Provide positive leadership by role modelling.
• Monitoring sales performance metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
• Work closely with Marketing to conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth within the electrical safety sector. And using this insight and data to implement or adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualification

• Proven sales record, minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., PPE, export-oriented companies) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential, including the ability to present and negotiate effectively with customers, senior management and internal colleagues. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with sales management software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant tools to optimize sales processes and track performance.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
