We are the intermediaries representing financial services providers (FSP), providing a wide spectrum of wealth planning and wealth management services to our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate in Sales and Business Development, based in Puchong branch.
- Perform prospecting, calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide wealth advisory service to customer
- Manage key relationships with existing and sign up potential customers and provide sound advice in the effective management of their finances in view of portfolio expansion.
- Analyse and match clients' financial requirements with the FSP’s product offerings to best suit their personal financial needs.
- Proactively cross-sell other FSP products and services
- Engage in sales and marketing event to acquire new customer.
- Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.
- Deliver on strong wealth revenue performance results, client growth, product penetration and position client experience
- Proactively identify business opportunities to drive performance in line with overall business strategy

Qualifications
- Education: Degree holder in finance and business related. Diploma holder with minimum 3 years working experience. Fresh Graduate with degree in Financial Engineering, finance related, business, and entrepreneurial with full internship.
- Skills: Strong inter-personal skill, communications, public speaking and good presentation. Priority give to talents with sales and client acquisition experience.
- Communication: Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills
- Active in social media posting, an active account in Linkedin is pre-requisite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
