TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the ERM & Ops Risk team in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform risk assessments for products and campaigns, identify and monitor operational risks, and help develop risk appetite and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will also prepare regulator reports, foster a risk-aware culture, and maintain risk tools and systems while assisting with secretariat duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Operational Risk management in Financial Services Industry preferred.
• Knowledge in Financial Risk Management (FRM) and/or ESG (Environment, Sustainability Governance) will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform risk assessments for products, projects, or campaigns to promote sound governance before rollout.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the company using various risk tools.
• Develop, review and monitor the company risk appetite and key risk indicators.
• Contribute to risk management policy and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit required regulator reports (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia, Paynet, SC).
• Foster a risk-aware culture and establish ownership and accountability in risk management.
• Maintain and update risk tools and systems.
• Support secretariat duties in meetings and distribute documents.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as needed.

# Associate, *Risk Analyst*Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaPermanent#### Duties & Responsibilities* To support the Senior Manager of ERM & Ops Risk and the team in achieving the following objectives:* Perform risk assessments for products, projects, or campaigns, promoting sound governance in risk assessment prior to rollout, and ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are in place to protect the Company from potential risks and adverse impacts.* Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the Company, including those related to business processes, systems, people, and external factors, with various Operational Risk Tools (e.g., MSII, KRI, RCSA, incident management).* Develop, review and monitor the Company risk appetite through top risks review and key risk indicators monitoring.* Contribute to the development and revision of Risk Management related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the Company's risk appetite and regulatory standards.* Prepare and promptly submit required report to the regulators, such as Bank Negara Malaysia, Paynet and/or Securities Commission.* Foster a risk aware culture across the Company and establish stakeholders’ ownership and accountabilities in risk management.* Continuously update and maintain risk tools and systems.* Support secretariat duties in meeting, including timely follow up and distribution of documents.* Assist in ad hoc tasks, as and when needed.#### Requirements* A.
