Job Summary

As a Standard Chartered Acquisition Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet the bank's strategic objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service by offering financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.

About Wealth And Retail Banking

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves over 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client spectrum ranges from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served through our Private Bank. We leverage digital channels combined with personalized service to deliver products like deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and tailored advice. We also support small business clients with their banking needs.

Responsibilities

As an Acquiring Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring and expanding our high-value customer base. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing relationships with existing and potential clients, providing sound financial advice to support portfolio growth.
  2. Acquiring and deepening relationships with New to Bank Priority Bank Clients, identifying business opportunities related to core banking products or referring clients to supporting channels.
  3. Marketing and promoting a range of banking products and services, such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and other retail banking solutions, targeting clients with a starting Asset under Management (AUM) of over 250k.

Role Requirements

  • Passionate about building a career in banking wealth sales.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, such as a personal banker or financial consultant, is advantageous.
  • Open to candidates with any sales experience.
  • Dynamic, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (FIMM & Bancassurance license).
