Job Summary

Achieve sales targets and strengthen customer relationships by providing a remarkable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Attend to sales inquiries, walk-in and web registrations, and follow up with potential customers to close sales.
  2. Participate in weekend duties at the Sales Gallery, project sites, property launches, or exhibitions.
  3. Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period.
  4. Assist purchasers in obtaining financing and coordinate necessary documents with the Group’s panel lawyers.
  5. Prepare weekly sales reports for immediate superiors.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  7. Serve as the dedicated key contact for assigned customers.
  8. Build positive and productive relationships with customers to foster business growth.
  9. Monitor all digital leads and ensure timely customer surveys.
  10. Comply with all safety, health, and environmental policies related to the job and workplace.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of property sales experience.
