Job description

Responsibilities

• Establishing new accounts, building and maintaining good relationships with painting and waterproofing contractors.
• Plan and execute regular site visits to construction sites, build relationships with contractors and painters, and supply paints to the project.
• Liaising with specifiers (architect, QS and Developers) and painting contractors on the Company's product specifications.
• Carry out site inspections and propose relevant solutions in response to customer complaints.
• Handle timely collections by monitoring debtor aging to reduce days outstanding and provide solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management / QS / Civil Engineering or equivalent from recognised universities
• Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience in building materials, QS or related industries
• Fluent in both written & spoken English
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent presentation and organizing skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
