The successful candidate will lead project delivery in the Cards and Payment domain, manage risks, and develop solutions by leveraging their extensive experience in the financial services sector. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and technical expertise, particularly in card issuing and payment processing standards, and be adept at stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with VISA, MasterCard, UPI, and national card schemes.
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery for the Cards and Payment domain.
• Develop project plans and track projects from inception to closure.

Associate, Product Specialist (Credit Cards)

• The role will be responsible for handling the Project Delivery for the Cards and Payment domain.

• Will be responsible for developing project plans, defining project scope, tracking and monitoring projects from inception to closure, and adhering to group standards and controls for successful delivery. Ability to identify and manage risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

• Knowledge of card issuing, transaction acquiring processing, and standards.

• Knowledge of ISO8583 messaging standard protocols.

• Responsible for developing solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, developing project costs, and delivering solutions.

• Hands-on experience with VISA, MasterCard, UPI, and other national card schemes issuing & acquiring, scheme compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of APIs (SOAP, JSON, REST, etc.) and Web Service Integration.

• Knowledge of back-office integration, HSM protocols, cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric keys, 3DES, AES, SM4, SHA).

• Familiarity with EMV technologies, PCI DSS, PA DSS standards, contact/contactless technologies, 3DS, and tokenization standards.

• Experience with EFT transaction switching or online banking environments.

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, Agile, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in banking or financial services industry; cloud and digital transformation projects are a plus.

• Ability to review requirements, impact analysis, gap analysis, high-level design, cost estimation, and draft solution architecture/documentation.

• Strong leadership and subject matter expertise.

• Good team collaboration and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• B TECH or BE or MBA in Computer Science/Information Systems or related IT field; 6 to 10 years of experience.
